Prenatal/Postnatal Yoga

 

Regular participation in a prenatal program will not only help you stay in shape while pregnant, but help prepare for the birthing process through learning to reduce labour-associated tension and anxiety.   Learn how to tap into your own labour tools and bring them with you on your journey into motherhood.   The key elements of prenatal yoga, including breathing, yoga postures, stretching, and releasing the spine will be the focus of this class.  Appropriate for any stage of labour and no prior yoga experience is required.
